Video Producer

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: To oversee strategies and implementation of video and livestream at Fellowship Fayetteville.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Visually tell stories of what God is doing through the people and ministries of Fellowship Fayetteville through the use of video.
  • Create videos to meet the needs of all ministries at Fellowship Fayetteville to be used in service, social media, online, events, and other platforms.
  • Gather footage at Fellowship services, events, and as needed for use in video projects.
  • Conduct interviews to help people share their story on video.
  • Edit video footage into fully produced video content.
  • Manage projects and schedule of multiple projects. simultaneously.
  • Learn livestream workflow and oversee team of volunteers to execute weekly livestream services.
  • Collaborate as part of a creative team environment.

FayetteKids Elementary Ministry Leader - Men's Discipleship

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: to make disciples by supporting the vision and direction of the FayetteKids Elementary ministry. To minister to K-6th graders by partnering with their families in helping them love Jesus more, strengthening their faith communities, and introducing them to the mission of God. To help create an environment of vision, passion and discipleship where adults and student leaders are equipped to serve.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: July 2022

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Discipleship - recruit, shepherd, train and encourage FayetteKids K-6th grade disciple-makers focusing on men
  • Sunday mornings - develop community as we gather weekly to worship

Fayetteville CR Celebration Place Coordinator

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: to coordinate safe, loving care for children whose parents attend Fayetteville Celebrate Recovery. 

Hours: part-time, salaried, 20 hours/week

Start date: July 2022

  • Coordinate safe, loving care for children whose parents attend Celebrate Recovery. Work with parents and children to ease anxiety and determine the best way to minister to their families.
  • Recruit and train leaders through partnering with Fayetteville Sunday Morning, Fellowship College, and Celebrate Recovery
  • Mentor and develop leaders
  • Plan encouragement and outreach opportunities for parents and leaders
  • Oversee the entire 52-week program (curriculum, worship, leaders, families) for elementary and Early Childhood
  • Attend TEAM meetings, planning meetings, staff team meetings, and CR all staff meetings
  • Prepare weekly curriculum for Celebration Place
  • Coordinate and schedule leaders for Friday night Celebration Place services

Fayetteville Early Childhood Ministry Leader

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: to support the vision and mission of Fellowship Fayetteville by working alongside the family ministry team. To equip and care for leaders as they serve families, teach the gospel, and create community on Sundays. To manage leader paperwork, documents, and communication on ROCK and Planning Center. To partner with families to build gospel-centered foundation for their children’s lives, and to create a safe, loving, and learning environment for kids on Sundays.

Hours: Part-time, salaried, 20 hours/week -  Sun AM (5hrs) M, W, TH (8:30-2:30)

Start date: to be determined

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Direction and Vision Casting – Develop leaders for birth-PreK ministry that desire to share Jesus with the kids and pursue the mission and vision of Fellowship Fayetteville.
  • Lay Leader Recruitment and Training – Recruit and train leaders for Sunday morning classrooms and maintain leader paperwork in ROCK.
  • Lay Leader Communication and Care – Encourage and equip leaders in all areas of Early Childhood ministry.
  • Sunday Services Leadership – Execute tasks required for Sunday services that create an atmosphere for leaders to feel confident leading kids and families feel welcomed.
  • Family Partnership – Connect, support, encourage, cast vision, and provide direction in helping parents take the lead in discipling their children.
  • Weekly Programming Readiness (Facilities) – Maintain spaces in the Early Childhood area to be ready for the next ministry.
  • Active involvement in the staff life of Fellowship Fayetteville – Be an active member in the Fayetteville Fellowship Staff by attending and participating in team and all-staff meetings and gatherings.

Rogers Kids Day Out Curriculum Coordinator

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Creating and organizing academic lessons and activities for preschool age children.

Hours: Part time, hourly - approximately 20 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Produce educational curriculum for preschool age children (ages 3-5) composed of activities and crafts. Prepare daily and event-focused communication notes home to parents.
  • Work alongside Preschool Worship Coordinator to prepare and present Wee Worship. 
  • Curate supplies and sources for curriculum activities. 
  • Create monthly parent newsletter for preschool. 
  • Disciple, Train, and Support teachers in preschool classes daily or as needed. 
  • Produce preschool classroom schedules and Coordinate times with Toddler 2 and Music Leader. 
  • Organize and lead a yearly teacher training. Offer additional training on an as needed basis and for new teachers. Organize and ensure preschool classes are prepared for use prior to each session. 
  • Attend KDO meetings and All-Staff meetings as scheduled. 
  • Prepare graduating classes for ceremony and completing the graduation booklet.

Rogers Kids Day Out Classroom Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15

Start date: August 30, 2021

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
  • Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.
  • Follow safety and classroom guidelines as stated in Leader handbook, STOP Manual, Security Manual, and staff trainings.

Rogers Kid's Day Out Music Coordinator

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Lead music classes in each of Kids Day Out infant-preschool age groups throughout the year, and elementary age during the summer.

Hours: Part-time, hourly

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • To organize songs and lead music in ages infant-preschool during the year and elementary age during the summer.
  • To introduce the children to:
    • Worship of our Lord and Savior
    • Basic musical concepts
    • Movement to music
    • Various instruments
  • Organize songs and partnership with preschool curriculum leader to organize a yearly graduation program for the oldest classes.
  • Organize a yearly music program of the Toddler 1 through Preschool age classes for the parents in the spring.
  • Organize list of music and video from “year at a glance” activities; one for music program and a second one at preschool graduation. Communicate with FBC Media Resourcing Team for video and tech needs.
  • Communicate by email to Early Childhood Administrative Support details list of monthly songs and further curriculum details.
  • Attend weekly KDO team meetings and staff meetings as scheduled.
  • Participate in weekly morning prayer
  • Attend yearly Weekday Leader Training.

Night Custodian

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: to provide a clean, safe campus and a comfortable setting on the Fellowship campuses

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Start date - immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean campus
  • Provide setup and teardown for events
  • Maintain proper supply inventory levels
  • Perform minor building and equipment maintenance
